We are experienced advocates and litigators, but we also offer collaborative family law as an alternative to the traditional court based proceedings. This non-confrontational approach puts the client firmly in control of the process and allows couples to seek shared solutions to their problems. We are also members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association) – an organisation of family lawyers committed to achieving a constructive resolution of family disputes.
