Jane ProctorJane specialises in high value cases. She has substantial experience in all aspects of family law, gained in more than 25 years of practice. She was the first solicitor in Peterborough to become an accredited specialist with Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association). She is also trained in collaborative family law – an approach to divorce that is designed to resolve the stressful process without the need for court action. Jane has a reputation as a tough negotiator who is equally adept with a non-confrontational, constructive approach. She also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Midland Circuit. In her spare time Jane enjoys good food and fine wine – and swims regularly to compensate!
